Bluehawk Announces Its Hawk of the Quarter, Efus Richman

KIRKLAND, Wash. Bluehawk Consulting, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Kirkland, Wash., has announced the winner of its quarterly Hawk Award. The Hawk Award is given each quarter to employees who provide outstanding value to their team and/or client and who exemplify Bluehawk's values of Genuine People, Shared Success, and Real Results.
Efus is the User Experience Design Lead for the Xbox Trust and Support Design Team at Microsoft. He is also the UX Practice Lead for Bluehawk. In his 10 years at Xbox he has contributed to every facet of the Xbox ecosystem, from global promotional campaigns, to improving customer support, to helping gaming be more environmentally sustainable. In his spare time, Efus enjoys spending time with his wife of 5 years, their 3-year-old son, and their new baby girl (3 weeks old!), as well as video gaming, watching movies, working on the house and yard, and generally anything to do with warm weather.
