Bluehawk Announces Its Hawks of the Quarter, Cindy Williams and Chris Henderson

KIRKLAND, Wash. Bluehawk Consulting, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Kirkland, Wash., has announced the winners of its quarterly Hawk Award. The Hawk Award is given each quarter to employees who provide outstanding value to their team and/or client and who exemplify Bluehawk's values of Genuine People, Shared Success, and Real Results.
This quarter Bluehawk is happy to announce a joint award, with two outstanding winners.
Cindy Williams has been an ambassador for Bluehawk and strong partner for her client team since joining the company in 2012. Cindy focuses primarily on role enablement activities including excellence profiles, skilling reviews, career stage profiles and annual core priorities for 60% of her client organization. Cindy epitomizes the Bluehawk values of “Real Results” and “Shared Success” in her work, consistently surpassing expectations and helping her client partners achieve high quality results on a variety of initiatives.
Second is Chris Henderson, who joined Bluehawk in June of 2019 as a Data Analyst. As Bluehawk’s first telecommunications consultant, he was an integral part in getting the Data Analytics and SecureID teams ramped up at his client organization. Chris exemplifies “Real People” and “Shared Success” as he bridges the gap between employee and vendor and acts as an ambassador and advocate for Bluehawk at every turn.
