Bluehawk in Growth Mode, Acquires Assets of P2 Solutions

KIRKLAND, Wash. Bluehawk Consulting, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Kirkland, Wash., is growing. The company has acquired professional services assets of P2 Solutions, Inc. This move grows Bluehawk’s account base significantly as a strategic part of its long-term sales strategy.
Bluehawk, a woman-owned business, provides consulting services to companies around the globe within six key practice areas: project leadership, technology enablement, data and insights, customer and partner experience, business operations, and marketing execution. Bluehawk works across multiple industries including technology, telecommunications, retail and e-commerce, travel and hospitality, and public sector.
"In P2 Solutions, there was an obvious synchrony in terms of organizational values and approach between their team and Bluehawk’s, making it an obvious fit for us as we seek growth across our professional services," says Jason Herman, executive vice president, Bluehawk Consulting. The acquisition of P2 Solutions enables Bluehawk to add key accounts, including Disney and Seattle-based F5 Networks.
In 2018, Bluehawk acquired Valente Global, expanding its footprint in the Puget Sound area. Bluehawk is poised for additional growth and is evaluating additional acquisitions that enable the company to tap new markets and clients, and to expand its capabilities. In addition to its headquarters in Kirkland, the company has offices in Puerto Rico and is currently hiring for a variety of positions, across business sectors.
